Again leftovers lol...

After I have a big package of sausages expiring the april 2 and some pork tenderlion to cook into a mijote..that is the plan for this week lol.
I made a big pot of curried lentil, sweet potato and coconut soup.
Is it possible I made TOO many options over the last 2 days? Oy! Well, I'll just have to sit on my hands now and NOT cook anything more until the deliciousness is all eaten up.
This was me last week, our fridge was busting at the seams with food and there were 2 nights I declared leftovers

Gorgeous day today! Snow tomorrow! So for tonight, a tomahawk steak, baked spud, trio of veg. Red and White wine. If it is going to snow tomorrow I am going to enjoy today!
made a penne pasta bake with ground beef, tomato sauce, sour cream, mushrooms, onions, spices, etc and there's lots leftover for tomorrow

yesterday dinner was interesting lol....me and dad did not want to eat the lefovers so he ended up with 2 smoke meat sandwichs and I ended up with small meat pies (empanadas) that my aunt had made and some spring rolls with sweet sour sauce
so tonight...maybe leftovers or still a mystery
I am having leftover lasagna for lunch at least hahah:top::lolsign:
Homemade Tortiere with gravy, mashed potatoes and asparagus with garlic. The apple pie with ice cream that i made this morning.
Needed simple tonight, so Mom is having Chicken Wings, I am having Chicken Ceasar Wraps and we will both have Oven Fries.
BBQ steak, baked yam and peas.
3 possible choices today.
Leftover because I have 2 portions left of shephard pie
Leftover 6 pork sausages
or Fresh salmon filet with a ceasar salad and a chinese rice with kami sauce
Choice of yogurt,black forest cake or fruits for desserts
