fast fry steak, salad and french fries done in air fryer
Decided on appetizer mozzarella sticks, tempura shrimps and mini quiches.
Baked ham, mashed taties and various veggies. I expect we will have leftovers for a few days and a ham bone to make pea soup.
I was going to make either a Roast Chicken or Roast Beef with Roasted Carrots, Roasted Squash and Potatoes but well that is not happening. I am not feeling myself today so that did not happen.

DS cooked up large Mild Italian Sausages and made THE best batch of mashed spuds I've ever enjoyed. So smooth, not a lump to be found, butter and milk in there he said and delicately seasoned with parsley flakes.
No salt, that must have been what made them so clean tasting.
Yummo!
