Tonight was a super healthy dinner of grilled turkey burgers (I mixed grated carrots, onion, fresh and roasted garlic, and lots of spices), Roasted corn salsa with roasted roma tomatoes, roasted garlic :P, roasted red peppers, jalapenos and spices and a shredded salad with carrots and red peppers and homemade balsamic dressing :P
It was super yummy and the best part was no salt was used or needed with all the spices I used which is sooooooo good for my dad!
