corned beef hash with eggs and toast
Well psychojo213, a very Happy Birthday meatloaf to you, lol.
Sunday - roast chicken with stuffing, potatoes, gravy, carrots, and a huge salad.
Felt bad because my son was sick, and by the time he woke up in the evening, our power was out, so we couldn't reheat the food, so he just had a big chicken sandwich - then later a can of flavoured tuna!
Tonight I'll just put the leftover chicken in gravy, serve over the potatoes. I have to roast a big chicken breast yet to add, since there wasn't that much leftover.
Tonight its butter chicken with basmati rice
Lamb Vindaloo and rice for DH and i'm not sure what I'm fancying at the moment
