tonight me and my sister are going to make stir-fry and have it on rice noodles :)
I'm trying to teach her how to cook healthier foods since she's 12 and usually just heats things up or makes KD. it will have shrimp, zucchini, broccoli, chinese cabbage (forget what it's actually called), leeks, bean sprouts and carrots :) would have loved mushrooms but after getting them for $1.50 at no frills it just wasn't worth $3.00 at the store in town.
