Ahh... so this is where the dinner thread moved to!!!

Spare ribs in black bean sauce with red peppers, and BBQ chicken wings!

left over turkey mashed tatters and dressing :)

I made pork tenderloin with caramelized onions and apples and it was AWESOME!

Yep it is. Mango salsa with cilantro and red peppers (I forgot the red onions) and coconut basmati rice. I used talapia cause it's such a mild fish and works with any flavours :P

I WAS going to make DH some veal cutlets and rice, but I am toooo tired, so I am just going to get him some Subway for dinner tonight.

We have a wedding tonight so it'll be pasta with cheese for me, standard wedding veggie good, and I think DH is having cornish hen.
