Jumbo chicken wings (M&M Meat Shops) - absolutely our fave; linguini with tomato sauce.
Well since we had some of DH's family over for dinner on Saturday (the day before our first open house!!!) and I had to cook for 15 people I made:
72 appy sized bacon, caramilized shallots and gruyre cheese quiches
32 Mini meatloafs
10lb bag of Roasted Garlic Riced Potatoes :P
10 cups of Knorr Demi Glace gravy with spices and red wine added :P:P
1 HUGE bowl of salad with homemade spicey pecans, goat cheese rolled in poppyseeds, and strawberries with a raspberry vinegrette
16 Chocolate/Pumkin cupcakes with a cream cheese frosting
18 Eggnogg(and rum ;)) mini cheesecakes
and a cheese and fruit platter.
So guess what we are eating all week ;) . Kidding. Tonight will be bbq grilled chicken and salad with the fixin's :P

I made Chicken and broccoli alfredo. Chicken was on clearance for $4.50 minus a $2 coupon, broccoli was on sale last week for $1 (only used half) and the pasta was a SCOP, and the sauce was $1.99. So for $4.99 (approx. 62 cents per portion!) that fed us (me and DH) dinner tonight PLUS I have 4 portions already split up for lunches (or freezer, haven't quite decided yet). I LOVE CHEAP DELISH MEALS! :)
Tonight I made chicken noodle soup, homemade sour cabbage rolls, an dfor dessert the new PC dolce de leche cheesecake mmm goood
leftover lasagna
Dh made pizza (Free Delisio!!) I was stuck in traffic for over an hour, but walked in the door and "beep, beep" dinner was ready :) Now if only I could plan this ever night :)
