Picked up 6 loaves of sub bread in sobeys on clearance last night, with all the produce on sale, we'll have sub sandwiches today.
Garlic chicken wings (Co-op, first time having them, very good), oven fries, cauliflower and dip.

Pork Roast that was marinated in honey mustard sauce, baked potatoe and tossed salad :)
Chicken(crock pot), mashed potatoes. corn, garlic bread & salad
chili
swiss ham and broccoli chowder (omitted the swiss) for a starter...good thing too cause the man and boy were hovering in the kitchen...and a modified version of crock pot cacciatore-style chicken done in the oven (crock pot was otherwise engaged) & corn bread (recipe from Sandra in Oklahoma...hope i haven't wrecked it...keep opening the oven, ack!). i'd love to add that i used up 2 pks of the noodles from HH (mangled boxes from cutting the free veg coupon) to use up the sauce in the chicken dish...seems to have worked well...now to find something to do with the spices pks left over from the HH!
Coconut crusted chicken strips with Thai sweet chili dipping sauce, rice, raw broccoli and dip (prepared by my 5 yr old son :) ). The chicken was delicious!!
