last night was veggie chicken strips with terriyaki sauce; rice, lentils, corn on the cob, peas. Thought I made enough for leftovers today so I wouldn't have to cook again, but apparently, it was very good :shrug:
We are having crispy salmon and sweet potato cakes. I've never made these before so my family gets to be guinea pigs in my latest healthy eating experiment. hehe. I will make something they totally love to go along with it....just in case the salmon cakes are a total flop. They can't seem to handle more than 1 new food at a time (and, well, my pride can't handle it either when too many new things are a flop at one meal).
I finally got around to making a edamame salad today so I'll have that for dinner plus the leftover couscous salad from yesterday:)
Yesterday I made homemade gnocchi with a gorgonzola dolce sauce. The cheese sure was stinky, but tasted great! I also made a salad with veggies from the garden, and a homemade loaf of french bread. It sure was a busy day!

was heading out to Costco and was rear-ended, soooo, late dinner here.
domino pizzas 'cause we don't know what to fix for dinner :D
