By the time I get home from helping a friend out, the spaghetti sauce my wife is making to take up north tomorrow (I have to work so I'm stuck here) will be done so ill sneak a bit of that
Home at just after 9 so should be having some in about 15
Costco chicken with homemade fries and a greek salad. Eclair for dessert.
Picked up Swiss Chalet on my way home tonight.
Feeling too icky, and it felt too hot to cook, so son brought over supper - regular and lemon pepper wings, along with fries and gravy from 7-Eleven. He bought too much, so I had him take all the rest home so he'll be eating it for a few days.
He also got me a longjohn, an apple fritter, and some butter tarts - which I'll enjoy over the next few days.
I have been roaming around a bit the last two days.
Timmy's and Pub food!
Tuesday I had some wonderful gnocchi with slow cooked beef and garlic bread at Shoeless Joe's in Whitby.
Wednesday was rib night at Cheerz in Trenton, always great. We got smoked at Trivia Night unfortunately.
Thursday I will be BBQ something at the trailer, I need to go grocery shopping on the way.
@Natalka I hear ya on the heat. I always feel crappy if it's too hot. Good thing a few days ago I made a bunch of my veggie burgers. So now I just need to take out and put in my big boss oil-less fryer. It doesn't heat up my room as much as my oven.
Home alone tonight and I have to go out so will probably stop for pizza or Wendys.
Tuna, chip casserole.
Hot open faced hamburger sandwich, mashed potatoes and beets. Nestle cone for dessert.
schnitzel, spaetzle, sauerkraut
Cesar salad and Diet Pepsi.. to hot cook inside today .
Last night we bbq'd a huge family tray of chicken that I picked up for .99LB! (leftovers for my hungry boys)
Served with grilled veggies (Zucchini, mushrooms, onions and peppers) and Kale salad with strawberry dressing.
I'm feeling lazy, so I'm just going to use up the left over tuna chip casserole.
Pork chops fried with onions and mushrooms , fries ,dressing ,gravy peas and carrots and Diet Pepsi
@22hicks I was to lazy to cook today also so had leftovers from the last couple of days. Burgers, chicken and salad.
Beef Short Ribs over Rice, done in the crock pot
scrambled eggs and rye toast
I had a snacky kind of dinner tonight, hummus with raw snow peas and carrot sticks, a few gluten free crackers and a cold piece of previously sauteed chx breast. 2 bottles of water.
I was watching the Jays and did not feel like warming anything up.
Sad they experienced another ump with an obvious chip on his shoulder early in the 2nd inning. Pfft! Whatever, they lost this on but tomorrow we will take game 2, then game 3....... Mike Trout look out!! ha ha
If it stays nice, I'll BBQ a pork chop, cob of corn and a baked potato; if not
Ribeye steaks, baked potatoes, buns and caesar salad.
Thinking Bruschetta Pasta with Cesar Salad and a Garlic Bun.
Veal cannelloni, garlic bread and salad. Nestle sundae for dessert.
Son will pick up Chinese food on his way over for our anniversary supper tonight.
Last night we had chicken salad sandwiches and potato salad, which were purchased at Costco.
Tonight we used up some leftover meat.... bbq steak was put into some baked "fried" rice and leftover chicken and turkey was put into a curry.
Came home to pot roast baked with tomatoes, rhubarb, and onions. Boyfriend decided to clean out the fridge. Sounds weird, but its actually not bad.
Hickory BBQ sauce chicken breast , bake fries ,Cesar salad and Diet Pepsi
Decided to try a different You Tuber's version of Cauliflower Pizza crust. Wow, he ain't kidding, this crust really holds together well! The guy is kind of funny to watch. At first I balked at spending the extra $$ on a chunk of good hard Parmesan but I sure don't regret it now, the flavour was so worth it.
I made a double recipe and cut each pizza into 6 slices. I had to stop myself after 3 slices! Yummy!!

Leftover Chinese food tonight - when we packed it up after supper, all the containers were still full...
Our son is coming over again to help eat some up, and there will be plenty for him to take some home as well.
Thought I'd get a jump on the guys Monday and Tuesday work meals. Made up a batch of lazy cabbage BUT only had 2/3 of a cabbage left, so I sneakily small diced up all the bottoms of the cauliflower I had left over from the pizza crust I made and also added some small diced zucchini.
They may not even notice? We'll see.
