all of the above posts has made me crave " something "....Those pork chops soaked in buttermilk sounded delicious @Scottishgal
There are a few options ( leftovers ) in the fridge but I feel like something new! That right there proves I am not really hungry.

Did a Costco run today in Peterborough, shopped for 4 families. Mostly essentials, couldn't get everything, but lots.
Very organized to get in and out. People mostly taking their time and respectful.
Had a hot dog and a pop of course!
Wasn't dinner but its been repeating on me all night! So that counts for something.
I hope everyone is buttoned down as much as you can and staying safe.
Cheers!

Tonight we will be making Homemade Pizza, toppings will be Pepperoni, Bacon, Cheddar, Onions, Mushrooms and a Sprinkle of Parm on top. I will also make a Cesar Salad to go with it.
Really wishing I had bought those boneless bites at Costco a few of those on the side would have been a nice treat but oh well.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Good Morning
Tonight will be Egg Salad with lots of chopped red peppers and green onions added.
We like it on toast with a slice of cheese and lettuce added. It seems funny that I was the only one in the family that really likes Egg salad and wants it for supper. I started putting a slice of cheese on and now every one likes it. Strange how that works....almost like the celery and carrots no one will touch. I make up vegetables with dip....put them in little containers and gone in a day. Lol. Families....gotta love them

Tonight is Broccoli and Cauliflower with Cheese sauce, Baked potato/Sour Cream and Salisbury Steak.
Not sure if I feel like making up dessert but thinking about Cherry Pie/Cool Whip. I took out some pie crust for Quiche for Friday night but can easily change that to Vegetable Omelette with the Tossed salad I started this morning. I will see how it goes. Have a good night all
