What's For Dinner?

Chicken Souvlaki bowls, the base of the bowl will be leftover rice with onions and peppers in the rice, topped with chucks of Souvlaki and topped with a Garlic Garlic Sauce. Also a Greek Salad on the side made with Cucumber, Tomato, Feta and Homemade Dressing.

We are copy one of our favourite local take-out restaurants, they do not call theirs a bowl but everything is packaged in one container and all mixes together.

tonight was Macaroni a Boeuf (beef macaroni) with garlic bread

Making a Blade Roast for tonight with mashed potatoes, gravy and carrots.

We were going to have Homemade Chicken Fingers but the plan has been changed to, Wings for Mom and BBQ Chicken Chunks for me and we will both have Oven Fries and Cesar Salad.

We are having oven stew and home made bread

hubby will be working evening shifts today and the next 2 days so just me and our daughters for dinners
i'll be having leftovers and DD#1 will most likely have turkey sandwiches and/or chicken fingers

Tonight will be Homemade Meatloaf (pulled from the freezer) with Homemade Mac & Cheese and some sort of veggie on the side, probably California Mix as turns out my count was off and have a couple more bags than I thought we did.

We are having leftover stew and my wife is going to try and make French bread using a recipe that has our bread machine doing the kneading

I am cooking up a pot of beef korma to serve with rice and a tomato onion salad. A meal our friends from South India make which I am trying to replicate.

A childhood favorite for me tonight, fish sticks and French fries

Found some Ham Chunks leftover from the last time we cooked a large Ham in the freezer. Those are defrosting, we will make some glaze to go with it and serve Mashed Potatoes and Mixed Veggies.
