yesterday it was fresh chunky fillets of cod pan fried, today it'll be large turkey thighs done up in the Air Fryer.
Yummy sides include roasted sweet potato, butternut squash, steamed cabbage, carrots and green beans.

there's too much pasta leftover to waste, so going to reinvent it and bake it in the oven with cheese, etc..and going to bake chicken
made these blueberry muffins last weekend:
https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/68...berry-muffins/
they were SOOO good...I cut the sugar amount in 1/2 as the blueberries were super sweet and the recipe said it would yield 8 muffins but I only got 7 large muffins, so will be making again over the next couple of days
