I would follow some of the recommendations in the review section i.e. I would bake the squash first (to enhance the nutty flavour) I would add garlic, a pinch of cayenne and nutmeg to the soup and at the end would probably add a dollop of sour cream or plain yogurt and stir it in. This week I made a roasted carrot and tomato soup and had lots leftover, so when it was completely cooled I portioned it freezer bags and put in the freezer. Plastic containers would be okay to use too if you're going to use in the near future.

I wanted Chicken Parm Soup but I am out, none left in the freezer, will add to my batch cooking plans.

I did find a Lasagna Soup wasn't my first choice but will work, I want soup but our soup supply is low and I did not think far enough in advanced to make soup today. Will have my Lasagna Soup with Cheesy Garlic Naan

Baked Chicken Breast, Mom did hers with a Mayo Parm Spice mix and I did mine with Pesto Cherry Tomatoes and will add some Provolone at the end. On the side we are both having Rice with Stir Fry Veggies, I will add a little lemon juice to the rice, we enjoy it like this.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!! I cooked a turkey yesterday with all the trimmings, so lots of leftovers for today. And I made this cake from Kraft that kept popping up in my feed (it was sweet & yummy!)
