I ate bacon and eggs for my dinner tonight, guys had late lunches, but requested we bake up a tray of my frozen homemade Empanadas later tonight for them.
Yesterday I thawed the large ziploc bag of homemade chx broth from when I had made a vat of chx soup a couple weeks back. I also had frozen 3 sandwich sized bags filled with the meat, veg and noodles separately.
So....once put together and simmered it was just as good as when we ate it fresh.
With the nip in the air, soup is the answer!

Potatoes, Carrots & Onions in a baking dish, topped with Pork Chops and a Mushroom Soup sauce poured over everything and baked.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Mmmm, so basic and extra yummy @SassyAshley
Seems Great Grampa knew what he was doing! Enjoy.
It is empty the fridge of what's leftover for dinner. A bit of some chx noodle soup, some chili over hard shell tacos with cheese melted inside them first, Empanadas and perogies.
Starting fresh this weekend, but not sure with what yet.
