Is Finesse Being Discontinued?

Does anyone know if Finesse (hair care line) has been discontinued?

One by one all the stores in my area have stopped carrying it.
First Shoppers and now No Frills.

The shampoo and conditioner, while I like them, I can get by without.
The hairspray is the best one I have used for having the longest lasting hold.... I've tried other brands and they just don't work. And as soon as I step outside in any kind of wind my hair turns into a rat's nest (think Grandmama from The Addams Family)

I havent seen it around here in awhile I don't think...my mom used to use the shampoo

I did some quick poking around as the Finesse website didn't have any recent news releases. Made by Lornamead, which has a news release about Finesse from April 08 - http://www.lornamead.com/%27news%27

The company is still around at least - there is contact info for their NA office - could always contact them and see what's up.

I used to love Finesse - but haven't used it in a few years - and now that I think about it I haven't seen it in awhle -- also I used to love Vidal Sassoon and I never see it either anymore!

Gosh, I hope not. Their hairspray is the BEST!
I haven't used hairspray for a few years, as I had my hair grown out quite long. But I got it cut short a few weeks ago, went to the spare closet to dig out old hair stuff - and didn't have my Finesse hairspray, had some other brand which was awful. So Finesse hairspray is on my shopping list for this week - and I don't know what to get if I can't find it! It holds really well without giving helmet-head!

Yes, "Helmet Head" is rather unattractive, I agree!

The worst one for that (for me, anyways) is anything aerosol. The last time I used aerosol I ended up looking like Phyllis Diller.

Me too! When I realized that places weren't selling Vidal Sassoon anymore I went around and bought as much as I could find left. Long gone now though

They are changing the look/packaging of Finesse,I have seen new ones already,maybe they are waiting for this.

ya i saw them at walmart on sale for $2 they had a huge sale rack type thing near the makeup LOL
