What I've seen Zellers staff do...is they put up the signs...but backwards so you can't see what's on it...then they just have to run around and flip the signs in the morning. If the sign is showing...they should honor the SCOP...or find a better procedure to put the signs up...they just don't want to pay staff after hours to do it...
