OK, i got her email from Boo. So basically I said we're missing her, hoping everything is okay, and that we normally would send a mountie out but lately they haven't been returning, donno why, and inserted this pic (hoping to get her attention)

Heres the soup recipe Amy, it does have a bit of cabbage

6 cups low sodium broth
3 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup sliced carrots
1 chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup fresh parsley
2 tbsp. tomato paste
(optional - leeks, peppers, mushrooms)

Put all ingredients in pot or slow cooker. Simmer till veggies are cooked. Season with little soy sauce.

Hi everyone! I'm back! I'm sorry I worried you. I'm fine. I've had a series of computer issues including hard drive crashes, and things have just been very busy. I have had very little time to be online, and even stopped claiming words in P&P. I got a bit tired of just putting in words and then not seeing any prizes that I would want. just got back from gym and was signed up for weight loss challenge, heres hoping I can lose some, gave me a recipe called Free Soup, supposed to eat anytime you are hungry thats not time for a meal and doesnt have lots of calories, so I will be making lots of soup this week..mm
