How long does it usually take to receive a prize? I ordered the activity book with the markers 2 months ago and still waiting for it.

It varies. Sometimes I get them the next week. Sometimes in a couple of months. I guess it depends on what they have in stock. I've never had a prize not come so don't worry.

I don't know either. But they don't have the message to ask you to re-register anymore.

I noticed that the re-register thing is gone also. I think that maybe they were having problems with it, as there was a place where you were to click if you are an existing member, but every time you go to put your mouse over it, it disappears.

It really depends on the prize and whether they have it in stock- usually the prizes I order take about two weeks to four, like the magnets, notebooks, activity books, and playing cards. The plushie cow was surprisingly fast- that took only a week. Sometimes they're out of stock though so it'll take them a month after you order to mail it out. That happened to me once- the bookmarks came after a month and a half instead of the usual two weeks.

Maybe you can email them and ask about the books?

I'm pretty sure the parcel I have to pick up at Canada Post is the cow I ordered more than 2 wks ago.

You can still pick up the parcel as long as the address on your ID is the same address as your dog

Thankfully they didn't ask for ID or anything. If they did I was going to say Daisy was underage and I'm her legal guardian - which I suppose is technically true. If they pushed the matter I'd just pull out my wallet, show a picture of her and ask if they wanted her to come in and sign with her paw print
