The server can't handle the current number of concurrent users. I'm avoiding moving SC to a better (more expensive) server because I'm assuming it's just the Christmas rush and then things will get back to normal. But if this continues into January I will move SC to a faster server.

Please post to this thread if there are any other issues you notice with the site, though if it's slow, then that too. I just changed the web server software and it should be able to handle more simultaneous connections now.

I am monitoring, but may have missed something ... so please let me know of any issues.

Regardless, it should be noticeably faster and thus far is looking better and more responsive. The server should now be able to handle much higher load.

Sorry to bring this up again but I'm going NUTS over here.

Is this slow for others? I've done whatever I could in my computer to make it faster. But it only seems to be when I use SC. Which is a good part of the day. LOL

When ever I open a new page it takes forever to load.
When I hit reply it's the worst!!
I have to wait for every single picture to load before I'm able to post. I captured some in a pic below to show you what I mean.



And it's not just today... this has been for days now.

I don't think my opinion counts since we are on dial up because everything is slow LOL

but yes I know what you mean ilmk it makes me wait for every little picture to load and everything too its so annoying...sometimes it takes so long to load it just times out with the stuff left the way your screen shot is ilmk...so idk if that is just on my end or not...?
