Thanks for contacting us. We appreciate your interest in Lockerz and we're sorry to hear that you've been unable to access the site. We're aware that some members of Lockerz are having this problem. Our tech team is working very hard right now to fix the various site bugs and glitches that have been identified in this initial beta test run of Lockerz. We want the site to be fair and accessible for all members in time for our official launch in October. We're hoping that you'll be able to access the site shortly.

We have no other tips or suggestions at the moment besides keeping your cookies on and clearing your cache. Some members on Facebook have suggested they have fewer issues accessing the site when they use the Firefox browser. Try these. In the meantime, your email has been forwarded to our tech team.

We appreciate your enthusiasm and eagerness to participate at Lockerz and we know this is frustrating for our members. It's frustrating for us too. We obviously want the site to be performing better as we move closer to our October launch. We didn't anticipate the overwhelming response to this pre-launch version of Lockerz and we're working 24-7 to reverse the site performance issues that some of our members are having. Hopefully this will be resolved shortly! Thank you for your patience!

Hello, my Friend....Yes, I saw the "contact" thing at the bottom of the page, but it's just an email address....I still don't understand how to send an invitation....Man! I've been to hundreds of sites, but this one has GOT to be one of the worst ones to navigate!

Well, this is what I do: on the top of the screen, there's a row of buttons/icons...the 2nd last one is called 'Connect' (it'll be red when you run your mouse over it, otherwise all of the buttons are 'dimmed out'), next to the green one for prizes. Just click on that, and there should be a form on the left-hand side where you can send invites. On the right hand side will be a list where you'll see when your invitees have accepted and opened their accounts. Hopefully this works out for you!

And I've got more invites, PM me with your email addy if you want one (shameless advertising, I know :D)!

madchives, i got the same email... I hope they do something about fixing the problem soon!

I use the latest version of firefox and don't have any issues whats so ever! You also want to make shoure you have the latest java, macromedia flash player and adobe flash player installed. Because lots of these sites uses them a lot and if you don't have the latest version it can cause you some minor issues! This is my two cents worth!! & I hope this helps!
