Today is PI Day - the mathematical constant 3.14 - the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter! so the Clearbrook library served up Pie! apple and pumpkin - the top two pie flavours! I had a small piece of each! very yummy, havent had pie in months, my first pie of 2016.

Well this morning i went and picked 5 lbs of blueberries at a local farm! Out there in the field, nothing but sun, birds and rows and rows of blueberry bushes! Sun kissed blueberries, mouth watering blueberries warm just off the bush! Sheer bliss!!!!!!!!!
So now im looking for a tried and true blueberry pie recipe, something that has been handed down in through the family for ages. Anyone have something like that that you would care to shared? Would totally appreciate it!
