Wedding cake. We ate the top a week after our wedding. Hurricane Juan blew through, four days no power, everything defrosted. Couldn't let it go to waste! But would have if it were fruitcake. :)

Might have actually done an honest days work today...huh. Thank goodness DH is stopping for RUM on his way home tonight! Still have all the actual pickling to do...prep work is done though!
