listening to the radio and they are playing the Monster Mash -they did the Monster Mash, it was a graveyard smash, It cought on in a flash... LOL

going to go make more pie...lots of apples to be used! more winter pie I think. it is sooo amazingly good and is easier than straight apple pie. Plus it will use some of our fresh carrots from the garden too! it is going to be sooo good!

Eatting my 100 grams of yogurt.

Just made 3 lemon and 1 chocolate pie about 1 hour ago - - - anxiously awaiting the pies to set before cutting them! :P

Didnt have to cook - DH made chicken and rotini in tomato sauce (yum!) and also cooked some corn on the cob!

Made supper already - I am having some home made lemon pie and tea for supper (nutritious huh?). :P

:lolsign: Well if you used real lemons then there is some nutrition in there somewhere! LOL Your dh sounds real handy in the kitchen!!! you are so lucky!

doh! :merror:I just realized this weekend is not a long weekend-it is next weekend! :P oops. Don't I feel stupid. I realized this when talking to my mom earlier. I guess that is what happens when I am not working and a long weekend means little. I miss working. I wish I could work. Hopefully eventually again I can.

I'm mentally preparing myself to go meet the priest at church. I dont wanna go :(
