its a pretty morning here; purple and blue and orange!

No sunrise yet in Vancouver. But we do have Rafael Lozano-Hemmer's "Vectorial Elevation" to watch. All night, every night until the end of the month. It's eery to see this light show dancing silently in the sky every time you look up. This is the view from my balcony and I'm probably about a mile away. Depending on atmospheric conditions, the light show can be seen for miles as it projects thousands of feet into the sky.

...quatchi would howl and things would get really strange and then things and people would start to elevate off the ground and then we'd all start to fly around with the lights and then music would start coming from somewhere and then before we knew it we'd be in heaven.
