Which round recipe did you try? I don't buy beef much cause it's too expensive and the crappy cuts are like leather.

I use the oven roast seasoning from the spice parties.It is super good.I think Robin sells it maybe she could hook you up.

ooooooo that sounds good and different ill look into that thanx ccmp my DH loves beef and lamb nothing else really so i try to make different kinds of dishes all the time and lately i got myself into roasting hehe its soooo much easier for me to do

There is a wholesale place near me that sells 3 KG of Eye for $20. It works out great with a recipe I found. More about how to cook it than what to add to it
