Just heard, an American fugitive was arrested in our city last night, at the bus station. He was heading to Montreal...probably trying to get a flight back to France, his birth place. This nut tried to buy a 5 year old boy over the internet. Thank goodness they caught this monster and are sending him back to the US to face his charges.
