Really Quincy made a bed from your blouses! That's a riot. Mine have decided to start using my bed (soft duvet cover) every night instead of one of their many beds! That's okay until I get up there then I have to give them the boot, they just won't stay asleep when I need to sleep. Their up and down etc etc.

Your right it is hard to be mad at a cute face. Quincy has a neat face, both him and my Amy are black & white but look totally different. TTYL!

Quincy cat's in the doghouse right now. I've been cleaning out my closet - I took everything out from the floor, so I could do a thorough cleaning. Before I could put everything back, I had to take Lily dog out. When we came back in, Quincy had pulled my blouses off the hangers & made a comfy bed for himself. This, despite having 3 comfy beds of his own (Lily & I only have one each).

It's a good thing that it's impossible to be angry with such a cute face.

Thanks for the congrats Andit! No, you don't have to tell me to spoil my kitties rotten, they already are, they have more comfy beds, toys, water fountains etc. etc. than they need! They even have one of those kitty hamocks (I won that at the cat show) also won the drinking fountains for them. Well, furry friends can always enjoy more. Right? Hope Quincy and Lily are doing great!

Thanx and a kiss for your two too! Actually Amy has had a few hairballs, but Daisy doesn't seem to, she has a much stronger stomach. I try my best to brush them I know its important, but they get peeved off with me when I try, when Daisy's tail starts thumping I know she's getting pretty annoyed! I have different types of brushes and combs to no avail. Sometimes I get my daughter to distract them with something they chew on like a comb and I can get to work on their hair, I always feel better if I can get a few brushfulls!, it actually makes my day, talk about getting a life!!! Surprisingly Quincy has only ever had 1 hairball, even tho he's constantly making himself presentable. Of course I obsess over brushing these 2, so that helps. I guess I really need a life.

Aww, thats so cute your parents saving the liquid for your pets! Like I said Daisy loves it will stick that paw out for some, but Amy just walks away. I bought them some hairball remedy a couple of weeks ago, you know the gel stuff that tastes like malty, well Amy said no way so I offered it to Dais who is less fussy but they both just sniffed and walked away! A different brand I had before they both went nuts for! It took me a month to find the bill but I went back with it and the place (Global) gave me a credit note! I'm glad for that at least its not a total waste. You never know with these furry beings do you? I'll have to pick up some of the other hairball remedy they did like because I think it is important in a pud's life! Take Care Andit! Thanks for the anniversary wishes! I have the sane thing when I open a tin of tuna or salmon for myself, they both come running, expecting a taste. My parents are so cute - they visit every week & if they've had tuna sandwiches, they save the liquid for the brats.

It was so funny. He froze for a good 30 seconds, did a half-hearted hiss, then started spitting, as if he had just tasted something awful. I guess the pug puppy had bad breath.

Thanx I'm glad I feel better too! Whatever I had was awful the first day. I was supposed to go curling but had to cancel, a little hard to bend down and throw rocks etc. when you have a kink in your back, diarrhea and are getting sick! My "roomies" seemed to be sympatic when they came up on the bed with me when I had to lie down, but other than that I guess they did just act like "cats", was hoping for more sympathy but well you know how it is with those "critters". What did Quincy do when that pug ran up and started licking him, did he just go "ugh" or did he start hissing?

Oh, he's fine. It helps that I drag him all over the place, so he's used to all kinds of weirdness. Last yr at the vet's, a 10wk old pug puppy wiggled out of his harness & ran up to lick Quincy before any of the humans could react.

Yes, I saw Cat City. I started helping take care of the strays in my back alley a few yrs back. Lily dog has a way with cats, they come up to her & show no fear. Luckily, a cat rescue got involved & there are no more lost souls wandering around outside in the cold, at least not right here.

The kitty in question has had a rough life, but has been well taken care of in the last 5 months. Unfortunately, her rough start in life took its toll on her. At least she got to spend time with people who care for her.

My Quincy cat was considered too feral to be tamed, but he showed the experts just how much they knew. I was very lucky with him that he has no health issues.

I spent the day cuddling with my 2.

Fri will be hard, but at least she won`t be alone.

OMG, I feel terrible about this. I taped that show that was on a while ago called "Cat City" Did you see it? I watched part of it and then the rest last week and feel so bad as they were talking about all the cats that get put down just because theres no room for them at the shelters etc. It showed one poor kitty who had been half starved and then dropped off at a shelter and they had to put her down because she was so weak. I know things like this happen but it really affects me. I feel so bad for these animals. The one you are speaking of must be really sick eh? I worry all the time about my own even though they are healthy. Yes, I will "hug my critters" a little extra, even though I don't know if I can more than I already do! I'll be thinking of you, be strong, you'll need to. Take care Andit.

Thank you. I don`t know how I`ll be on Fri, I`ve never had to do this before (all my previous pets have died fairly quickly at home). I`m going with her owner & a friend who was closely involved in taking care of the kitty. Hug your critters a little tighter this week.

Yep, watching the critters is better than anything on tv, that's for sure. I just wish I had the camera ready when they get into these crazy antics.
