to give a trade rating, when you find the person's name in a thread, below there avatar is a few digfferent things, one says trade rating with a number beside it, click on it and it will take you to where you can leave feedback. Hit leave feedback then hit trade, positive and a message and your sc'er will get the rating that way. Hope this helps, if you need more help with it, just give a shout, Moe.
