I started to collecting coupons at the beginning of August 2013. Currently the city of windsor is limited on what you are able to find. I am looking for some help with tips maybe some couponing pals in ontario so we can mail coupons to each other. I am a mom of twin boys who just turned 5 they are bottomless pits and the grocery bill is becoming a little expensive. I thought this would be a great way to save money.
