Oh, please don't feel bad, Dave. It's obviously a topic we both feel strongly about, but the thing about us, you and I, is that we can respect each other's opinions even as we disagree with them. And like other subjects...abortion comes to mind...I doubt one would be capable of changing the other's opinion.

Sweetheart...sorry we're on opposite sides of the fence on this issue. You do know how much I respect and have grown to care for you...but perhaps I'm just an old cynic and have so much loathing for that former bush government that I believe they'd be capable of anything and everything. I lost my rose-coloured glasses a long time ago, I'm afraid. I wish I could believe it really happened the way it's reported to be, but I just can't...there's too much information to the contrary out there for me to do that.

But believe me...I have so much love and respect for you on this board...I wish we didn't part ways on this issue...Have a lovely football day tomorrow, Hon!!

Thank you Dave....our Thanksgiving dinner is at our daughter's and her hubby's tomorrow, and I have a wedding to perform in the early afternoon, so busy day! But for a change, this Thanksgiving is going to actually be warm and sunny!!
