thanks vee! I will try to celebrate it or at least not needing any more surgeries. after the last one it was weird to not be waiting for any more because they never know until about a month before and so you can't plan anything really in case the surgery comes up. So it is nice not needing any more. I should be celebrating what I have accomplished but I keep thinking where I feel I should be vs where I am. not good I know. well thanks again for your encouragment-it helps. ttyl

I love the picture on here! it's so pretty. thanks and my back is still pretty painful but I am not so down and today I was almost happy despite my back. We were supposed to get snow today but didn't! but now supposed to get snow overnight and tomorrow. so that is how I am doing I suppose? I hope you are doing well?

hey vee. how's it going? I have not been on here alot lately and so I have been missing what everyone is up to. My back is keeping me off the computer alot. I went to get my brace made yesterday and learned that the place in Red Deer doesn't make them and I have to go to Edmonton. grrr. oh well. Well it could be worse. I hope you are doing well! ttyl

your welcome and I was out and about today and now exhausted again! tomorrow will be a rest day again. no spasms tho this time so that is good. Monday was horrible-I don't usually get quite that bad anymore luckily. some day I will learn my limits and not overdo it! lol
