To ensure always prefect hard boiled eggs, guaranteed: place cold eggs in cold water with some vinegar (just a bunch of dashes or a tbsp if you prefer to measure), put a lid on the pot, bring to a boil, then remove from heat, do not remove the lid, set timer for 6 minutes, and ta-da! Perfect hard boiled, but no rubbery whites, eggs! Enjoy!
