you build rep with time, people give it to you. there is a spot at the bottom of your message on the left. when you hit it a box pops up and you can write in it.whatever you want ex i agree, hello, good morning, or nothing. the more rep you have the higher the number,and builds over time. you can give rep to people and they can give it to you,. there is also a limit to the rep you can give in a 24 hour period.
