    Hello, Kidsteph! I loved, loved your painted repurposed furniture, and would love to know what kind of paint and method you used. Is it chalk paint? I read where that stuff sticks really well with a nice finish and minimal prep-work. I'm no youngster, and the thought of sanding something to bare wood? Not going to happen.

    You can get Optimum points for insulin and strips? I didn't think you could get points for prescriptions?

    I was away for a week and everything seems to have ripened well. Lots of raspberries from the new canes, and daily cups of strawberries too.

    Old raspberry plants produced 151 cups this year. The are pretty much done. The new canes are producing and the berries are large and not as tasty. I picked a bit of everything it seems.

    I picked 11 cups of raspberries tonight - total so far is 130 cups on my old plants. Plus a handful of strawberries and had the broccolini for dinner. Everything else is coming along nicely.
