  1. I agree, and I question the intelligence of people who publicly call others "dumb"
  2. I once asked a grown man to take his temper tantrum outside and to cool down before coming back in. I'm ballsy.
  3. Not having worked on the other side of the cash is no excuse. I just don't understand people who feel it is okay to abuse others. They should be removed from the store immediately. The customer isn't always right...sometimes they're dead wrong and the cashier shouldn't have to suffer because of it. Kick 'em out, I say!!!
  4. I just assume these people have never worked on the other side of the cash. And if they have they clearly forgot what it's like. As I mention in another post in that thread, I get severe panic attacks when in busy stores, I can't handle it, I got so used to being yelled at by about ten people at once, I just can't. I shop at a small Metro now, prices are higher, but I've never broke down in tears. And if I do go to a Loblaws (the store I worked at before), I only go after 9pm.
