    lol he's pretty spot on! Sitting at the computer trying to figure out what the heck I am going to make for dinner on Thursday when my boyfriend's Russian grandparents come over for a visit (they haven't seen each other in over 15 years!) aaah I am nervous, lol! We can't speak to each other since they don't know English and my Russian is very weak, aand I am sure my bf's parents fed them some nasty horrible lies about me, so I have to try really hard to impress them with food, haha.

    I hope your day is less stressful than mine!

    Hahah nope, I'm a Polak! And my boyfriend is Russian.
    Thanks so much for the information. We have to go to Ikea sometime this week, so maybe we'll stop by Royal Meats BBQ for dinner since it is pretty close! I'll let you know what I think once I've tried it. :D

    Ok so there is a few...my fav fav place is Royal Meats BBQ its a reasturant in Etobicoke 710 Kipling. They have a store by my house that sells teh cevapi and we bbq them at home (what were having tonight!)
    You can also try Market Jolly at 326 Marlee Ave in Toronto, its a Serbian store that sells already cooked cevapi or you can take home and cook as well I think. And then there is another store called Stari Grad 3862 Bloor St - if you do go to these places try to get a cheese burek Mmmmmm you will not be disappointed! (cheese strudel like thing filled with feta cheese!) If I think of something else I will let you know....

    Oooh where? The only place I ever heard of is Zam's at Kipling/Queensway. If there's something actually in Toronto, I'd definitely like to check it out!

    ps. I'll trade monster in laws with you if you want! lol. Mine are horrible.
