Thanks for the rep! Sometimes I find people just don't understand how awful processed foods are... And by sometimes, I mean most of the time. Although extremely biased, "Death By Supermarket" by Nancy Deville does raise some good points, especially the correlation of the increase in sugar and the increase in mental health issues among children and more obviously, obesity.
