Oh I know he did, but by then, I ended up buying the little house, it was cheaper then paying rent somewhere. It's a small town, but rent is really high for some reason here.

Ya, I don't have a clue either. I reemember years back I rented a place, and new owners took over, tried to hugely raise the rent, and found out they couldn't. Then told us we haad to move, they said they were gonna live in it, the only legal way to get rid of us. Comee to find out, they didn't, just doubled the rent for the next tennant. Could of fought it, but why bother, ya I don't know Nancy, you may have to call someone to find out about all this stuff.

that's the problem we don't know our old landlord just raised it by 3% which is ok but can the new one raise it by more because of he paid for the house lol i'm clueless our lease is up on fri and the new owners appearently take ownership on Jan 20 th so darn confusing lol

Aren't they only allowed to raise it by so much even if there the new landlords? I'm not up on all this stuff, yet I'm a landlord, go figure. But I have a great agreement with the fellow in my little place, I don't charge him alot, but he dosne't come to me to look after little things, he just gets them fixed.

you have to wait 5 years before you can become first time home buyers again and use your rrsp money for the down payment which is what we plan to do we sold just when the market started to go down hubbies job is still in jeopardy so now is not the time to buy i hate renting but what ya gonna do atleast it'a a nice house in a nice area so i really can't complain unless the new landlord raises the rent too much then i'm outa here lol

I didn't know you could do that, how long do you have to wait to become 1st time buyers again? And man, that really sucks that you cna't find anything in the immediate area.

we will probably have to move out of the area too expensive now and we love the fact that i can walk them to school no more driving them 10 -15 minutes to school just not the time to buying a house they are still too expensive and we had 5 year plan sold our house then wait until we can become first time home buyers agin

we might have to move landlord just sold the house just found out 2 days ago it's all very confusing he says 1 thing 1 minute and then another thing another minute we still have to call him to see what's going on pretty upset about it and my little guys surgary is finally booked for Jan 31st getting very nervous about that

I had a bunch go missing before the holidays, but then again, they all may be delayed cause of that weather we had up here. The po was delayed for a couple weeks.
I have a hard time dozing off, and then can only sleep a ew hours as well, my aches and pains wake me up, go figure.

just going through some things right now and i just can't sleep i can fall alseep but can't stay asleep for more than a few hours
not looking forward to having to clean up all this x mas mess as much as i want to do it i just have so much of it

Thank you Nancy,ya feel bad, they have been such good kids, but when you just got over christmas, and we put those tires on the truck, I can't fathom the idea of spending over $200 for a waterpark that was to go with the price. I usually go on 20x the point day, and if they have good sales, like cookies, coffee, but I liked it better when you only had to spend $50, much easier to get 50 than 75 bucks worth.

well i know nothing about that lol i earn like maybe 60 points a visit lol not a big sdm fan except for milk and eggs cheaper than the grocery store

We got the usual stuff there, milk, tp, butter, the cheap stuff, and then got the 2 games and the thing to put the wii remote in for the sports games, so we did ok, but it seems really hard to get to that big redemption anymore.

i haven't quit figured out the whole sdm points thing either moe just started to collect them not too long ago, sounds like you did good though i didn't even bother didn't see anything i really wanted or needed at that price lol

we went to sdm yesterday. spent my $75, but only earned 20,000. I'm not good at the bonus points and such, plus didn't have coupons for what we bought, but we got a few wii games, smae price there as walmart and got the points so figured why not.

just spent almost 1/2 hr at sdm to get a box of pot of gold chocolates, coffee and an oral b toothbrush they didn't have the one on sale and they finally let me take another one instead so that's ok but everytime i go there always a big fiasco
