Exactly! It makes no sense to me I am far from having 'government' french yet I know there are so many people with hardly any english and it's not an issue. I'm not trying to discriminate against them, I just think it's unfair.
What school did you go to? I went to Carleton.

Yeah that was the one thing I wished when I was there! I went for college and stayed a few years after. I find it hilarious that most of the French Canadians there speak little to no English and have gov jobs but we need to know both fluently! lol
