Thanks Poly! Now if I could figure out why every profile pic i've tried doesn't work

You can "rep" someone by going to the bottom left of their post on the thread, there is a white thingy (sorry for the techy jargon) click on that and then a pop comes up where you can type a message giving the person some reps. I believe (still new myself) that you can only rep the same person once in a 24 hour period and I think if you spread too much rep around you are denied...most people say to warden has put them in jail.
