Ok, for rep, it's the little silver scales at the bottom left of someone's post, just hit it and then you can type in what you want to say.
Now for a trade rating, when you see the person's thread, you will see under there avie, trade rating with a number in brackets, you hit that and it will take you to where you can leave feedback. It will ask if you were the conductor, trade, or passenger, then you leave a positive, neutral or negative rating, and a comment. In this case you hit positive, and it will go to them for them to see that you left one. If you need anymore help, just give a shout, it can be confusing at first.
