   Exactly. You only get the 20x points (or any points for that matter) on the part of the transaction you are actually paying for (not the redemption part).

    No you would not get 20x when you are redeeming unless you spend more then you redeem. If you are redeeming 170.00 and your purchases are 220.00 before tax you will get 20x on the 50.00 you are over.
