Wanda...did you see the thread I started about the PINK METHOD DIET?
I'm pretty excited about getting into it, although I do have some problems which will keep me from exercising (at least any exercises using hips and knees!)...and my fibro won't help anyway, but even just following the diet and walking, I think I'll do really well on it...wish me luck, and take a look at it for yourself, Hon!
