  1. Hi Lynn! My pup is now 7mths old and is totally house broken. Thank goodness. We love him to bits.I must put in some more recent pics.
The monarchs love purple coneflower, bee balm and goldenrod as well as milkweed. The tiger swallowtails like anything in the dill flower like parsley and queen annes lace and dill of course. I love flowers and I think of butterflies as flying flowers.
    Have a good week.
  2. Hi, Winston...you're right, dogs really are a gift...they're such perfect little beings and omg...lol...your new pup is absolutely squishy adorable! I just can't put our Jenny in her bed when she falls asleep on me....they're such treasures, aren't they? Bless your new puppy...Paper-trained too, I see? Thank heavens Jenny is, although she also does her business outside, too. OH, for the summer!!

Yes, I've made red pepper jelly before, too...on cream cheese on crackers, but also nice in sammiches!

I'd forgotten how beautiful your garden photos are...do you have plants that attract Monarchs? My DH is getting some milkweed seeds for the spring to attract them....

    Hope you're having a lovely weekend!...Lynn
  3. First I have to say that your puppy is too cute for mere words! We sure have fun with our little terrier Newton. Dogs are a gift ! Thanx for the idea about wine jellies. I have made them before and they are yummy. I made red pepper jelly this year which is really good on cream cheese.
  4. Thank you, Winston, and thanks for the rep....yes, he has the right to protest peacefully but otoh, some yahoos are going to make trouble for all of them.
As far as your new puppy....OMG!! I would just 'sherbert' that tummy all to
pieces!! New puppy smell.......so jealous...I hope it'll be our turn again one day.....
Take good care, Sweetie and have a great day!!....Lynn
  5. Thank you, Winston. If we hadn't seen the x-ray, we would be thinking she's just acting her age....getting old...It's so sad to see her try to play, yet be unable to. It just tears my heart in two.....I hope you have a lovely weekend, Sweetie....Lynn
