    This isn't a regular brag I'm bragging about the afternoon I spent in the kitchen grooving to some music and cooking up a storm . Now I've got lunches for the next few weeks ready to go! (well after everything is cooled, then I can bag them up and get them into the fridge/freezer).

    So here's what I made:




    Roasted Garlic Butternut Squash Soup
    Quinoa Sweet Potato Cakes (latke's)
    Spinach Balls (dip in honey mustard sauce or marinara)
    Black Bean & Corn Salad

    I'm happy that I've got healthy & delicious lunches that I can just grab and go

    I have to share this....Dh just walked out of the kitchen with a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch!! ROFL! REALLY???!!!

    Looks Yummy but my eyes wondered away to your beautiful backsplash.
    Ohhh love the colour and texture. Looks like you have a beautiful kitchen. Nice to cook ahead like that. Love when I do this to as it is a nice break for a few days. Nice brag.
