i am SO annoyed!
a couple months ago i had enough dream miles to redeem $20 for pharmasave.
not my ideal choice but really all i was left with since the cash reward changes.
i got my voucher for pharmasave and when i went to use it, all my local stores changed over to pharmachoice.
i talked to a cashier about my voucher and she redirected me to some tammy lady to figure out what can be done.
i called the number and had about 10 options to leave a message but nobody named tammy.
so i left a message anyway - no call back.
so i called my local store again and said i couldn't reach tammy.
the cashier told me there was a memo for people in my situation to call airmiles to deal with it.
i called airmiles.
after waiting way too long for a rep, i hung up.
a few days later i tried again and left a call back number.
no call backs.
then i tried airmiles live chat.
waited a long time again and then opened a new browser to occupy myself.
come back and see a rep came and left, closed the conversation.
so i emailed airmiles.
got a response that didn't even acknowledge my issue!
i am so beyond frustrated with this.
i think my next step will be to call pharmachoice head office.
at this point it's not about my $20 voucher as much as the principle.
i can't stand being given the run around.
ugh...thanks for letting me vent. This thread is currently associated with: Air Miles, Pharmasave

Sorry to hear of your situation, sounds very frustrating. I don't have facebook, however I have heard from others that when you can't get somewhere with a company, if you post the situation on their facebook the company is usually quick to look into it for you. You could ask your question on Airmiles facebook and see if you get a quicker response. Just a thought.

There are actually 3 here and they are all owned by the same people, so you can use 2 coupons per item at any of them. ( Bible Hill, Truro and Brookfield)

Your welcome, hope this gets resolved for you soon. If you do go to Truro for a family trip, Victoria Park is a great way to spend the day, it is beautiful there and lots to do.

No one seems to know why so many pharmasaves have disappeared.
