Not that I can recall. I wouldn't handle it well though. I can get in enough trouble on my own without any outside help/accusations. LOL.

Yep! My slightly older cousin came to live with us for a year to finish high school, she blamed me, in a very ugly way, for a bunch of cash going missing from different family members. Thankfully my mom and I have always had a very trusting and honest relationship, so when I said I didn't steal anything, she believed me and dug around to find out the truth. Turned out my cousin has previous history of stealing money from family and finally confessed. I was pretty devastated that she could do that to me.

I've had immediate family (parents, siblings) accusing, blaming for many things I didn't do. I must have spilled, stole, ruined, screwed up.... Yep I'm the family scapegoat. I'm not perfect ,and yes If I did break or spill something, I would own up to it. Never stolen in my life. However, anything that went wrong I was to blame. *Rolls eyes*. How did I deal with it? I told them not too long ago, thank goodness I didn't turn out like them. Maybe mean but they needed their toes stepped on for once.

During a work placement while attending school, one of the workers said that I took the delivery that came into the office. Said it was in the fridge and I took it.
Luckily, we were on Reading Week when the delivery came in.
When I told the worker that I wasn't even in the office that whole week. She kept saying then where is the package. I asked my work placement teacher to observe me in the fridge (since I was being accused, I wanted a witness).
The work fridge was full and disorganized.
I looked at all the things in the fridge and moved every thing in there.
I found a package, in it's delivery box, among the mess.
I showed it to the accuser an asked if this was the package she was looking for. She said yes. She never apologized for the accusation.

A few years back, my psycho neighbour started a rumour that Lily dog was vicious and had bitten someone. It got to the point that I was ready to move to avoid the idiot and his minions. Took a lot of sleepless nights before I built up the resolve to stand my ground and not let the twit chase me from my home. All because I was too proud to admit his brilliance and kowtow to his greatness (I wish to heaven I was joking).

I was in a store that sold mostly groceries and a few clothes. I was at the cash register.
I took my sweater off and had it in my hand.
After the cashier finished my order she asked if there was anything else.
I always ignore that question and check the total. I was giving her change and then the bills and she asked if I was going to take the sweater too.
I laughed and said that they did not sell that sweater. It was from Macys in the states. I showed her the Macys label. She didn't say sorry -- just took the money, handed me the receipt and change and started talking to the next customer.
She thought I was trying to steal a sweater from the store
