Do you have a lot of points? It seems the trend that those with a lot of points get a redemption offer (redeem 95,000 get 30,000 back). Those with few points get the free points offer.
DM's birthday was in October, so I transferred all her points to my card at the beginning of the month. She had about 7000 points when her bday came around, and she got 4000 free points.

I got a redemption offer coupon the same week as a redemption offer in flyer. The other person got 8000points coupon but I noticed the cashier didn't swipe it so we printed it again.

I would contact HQ about that one. I would think you'd still get the points, as if you return the purchase, you don't get points back just money. So ultimately the return doesn't affect your actual redemption. But I'm not completely sure about that.

Not in my case; I had 20,000 and my bro had 18,000 and we both got 8000 in September, and October, respectively [he is 5 years older than me though]...may be just random

So let's say I did this on an 18500 pts day and the whole transaction was formula - will I get 20x pts on multiple formula cans or just on 1 can?
