Thanks a lot for this useful information. I had target debit card and although i didn't get their email about compromised security at that time, but i just saw my bank account and i have shopped A LOT at target during this mentioned time frame. I hope everyone gets a lot of currency!

The breach happened in the US, you would have to have shopped at Target in the US during that time
